This charming Little Pamet condo cottage sits nicely set back from the road in central Truro. Thoughtfully updated and furnished inside and out, this may be your new Truro getaway. The living area features a beamed cathedral ceiling, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a high-top dining table. The kitchen offers almost everything you need except a dishwasher, plus a great selection of dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils; it also has two refrigerators and two freezers. The bath has a glass shower. The two bedrooms have double beds, bedside lighting, and split-unit air conditioning. One bedroom has a wonderful bookcase featuring a Cape Cod library (and nautical) that offers plenty of summer reading. Step to the rear of the property to a patio with Adirondack chairs, small tables, glowing lanterns, and a gas grill. An outdoor shower is located to the side. Beach chairs are provided for guests. Please note the cottage is not pet-friendly.
It is an easy drive to Ballston Beach or Longnook Beach on the ocean and Corn Hill Beach on Cape Cod Bay. A quick drive to Truro Vineyards (with a food truck), Payomet Performing Arts Center, Castle Hill Arts, bay beaches, and Provincetown. Nearby Truro Center has the Post Office, Truro General Store, Truro Farmer’s Market (Mondays), and Blackfish Restaurant. About a five-minute drive away is the Truro Central Village, which includes Perry’s Farm Market, Fuller’s Package Store, Cape Tip Seafood, and The Box Lunch. A ten-minute drive to Highland Light and Highland Golf Links overlooking the Atlantic (watch the sunrise!); a ten-minute drive to Wellfleet Center & Harbor. Note: Pets and smoking are not allowed.
